Neil Critchley must be given a fair chance. There is no way the R's can afford a fancy/celebrated coach like, for example, Conté. No guarantee this sort of manager would succeed anyway? For myself, I support NC all the way, and wish him and the current R's squad the very best of luck. I know the players will do their utmost for him, I'm sure of that.

Totally agree SH. Neil's done nothing wrong, so far. And even if, God forbid, things go south, as long as he shows the same dedication and effort that he would of his players, then all power to him. <wizard>

I guess Beale got his dream start with 3 wins on the trot for Rangers in just one week. Here's hoping Neil Critchley can do the same for us.
