Rangers Must Rebuild

This. To keep the atmosphere/ closeness to the pitch is a MUST! Building a huge stadium that will be half empty most of the time is a MUST NOT! I think as others have suggested the way to go is to build a stadium at a size which we expect to fill for most games now with as vertical as possible stands, but with easy expansion possibilities, upwards and as vertical as possible.

Wasn't there a really mad one with black and white seats that someone (think it was one of the Norwegian guys) posted on an old thread?
