It forced the board to change the articles of association of the club, to stop it. I'm not sure exacrtly what share %age is needed in the Rangers articles in order to force an EGM, but I expect that the level will be raised after this one has concluded. Rangers is a complete car crash. Ashley's agenda is obvious, but he needs to cash in his chips at Newcastle before he takes control up there, they won't have his management by proxy and I can't blame them.
