    Here's the Telegraph bit from 2009 - stating Rangers are effectively in administration - a whole year before HMRC announced the BTC (which they'd been researching since 2004 or something)

    It's a big win for Rangers and it directly affected Craig Whyte taking over the club but it doesn't suddenly mean a magic wand has been waved over recent history.
