Thats what their doing unlucky he can be a nuisance but he's scored 2 league goals in 2 years, just happens that one of them was against Warnock and he remembers him for it.

Slim to none, at least not at that price. If he really is trouble and Pardew wants to give him away then Warnock might, even if it's a 5% chance, have unearthed a gem. The guy wouldn't have a hope of being a professional footballer outside of the UK such is his inability to do anything but be big and strong. Furthermore, the PR of the club could probably only get worse hiring a former gang member who recently posed for a photo with a replica gun.

    Toon striker up for sale

Bolton and QPR are leading the race to sign Nile Ranger with the striker reportedly surplus to requirements at Newcastle United.

According to reports in the north-east, Ranger is set to leave St James' Park this summer despite only signing a new five-year contract last year as boss Alan Pardew freshens up his squad for next season.

The England under-20 international played a key role in helping Newcastle win promotion from the Championship but has had various disciplinary problems and Toon chiefs are understood to have told him a move away from the club would be the best thing for his career.

Newcastle will seek a transfer fee in excess of £1million for the striker with Bolton and newly-promoted QPR both showing an initial interest, although neither club is understood to have made a formal offer yet.

Good luck if you sign him, heard on twitter that he refused tutoring from Kevin Nolan. He has also annoyed Pardew on a few occasions with his bad attitude. Oh and he's a striker who didn't score a league goal all last season.
