The lads a prick. Him, Smith, Perch need to be shown the door. Even if we don't replace them it don't matter as they are all useless in their own way (Ranger through his attitude, the other 2 through football ability)

I agree with HMT and also agree with this - he needs games to prove how good he is, but agree that it should be at another club

Very true, but so is the owner and chairman and the squad's too thin to let him go. Gangsta Boy may well get another chance to shine.

True. But, I would rather see the likes of Airey given a chance (I know he at Hibs atm)

Airey's back now recovering from an injury. He's got a good scoring record at youth and reserve level but so does Ranger. I'm not sure how must potential he has, looked like a hard worker but didn't have too much to his game in my opinion. I've only seen him play a couple of times, and i'd compare him to Doyle - anyone else seen more of him?

I not seen much of him either, but I would rather give him a chance than Ranger

There's Donaldson too. Bit of an odd one for me, he's played a lot of football through the England youth set up and mainly as a striker, but seems to be used in midfield for our reserves, and came on at right back for the first team. There are a few at his age in the reserves who i think need to be getting loans now because they can't be developing playing a third or fourth season at reserve level (Inman, Newton etc.)

Ranger was unlucky not to get a couple of starts after always looking lively (and scoring goals when played for the reserves) but he's not the kind of character we want around the place I'd agree.

Saw Donaldson on loan at Hartlepool last season and he looked out of his depth in League One. Was a shock to see he got his contract renewed
