I'm not sure, the graphic above says that we've spent no money on transfer fees? Maybe Brighton released him and we paid him a signing on fee? Transfer Market suggests that he is valued at 400,000 euros. Bloody hell! He's on a three year deal and on £15,000 a week!

That's the way to do it, bit we ain't gonna be making profits on players like that when we aren't even spending £1 on players yet alone a million on 1 !
It made sense at the time given they were kicking the FFP can down the road the way they did it. Young player, low fee, good pedigree at City and Brighton plus a good loan at Doncaster and apparently a QPR fan. Problem was he was absolute ****e on loan and we were locked into the deal but it wouldn’t have been any different had we signed him a year ago on a four year deal.
Booked us all a table for this but I’m skint so we’ve got Wes Daly.

Just bought my ticket for the away game at Birmingham Patriotic Dolphins, or whatever the franchise is called now. £30, excluding ludicrous booking fee, which is much more than it was before Tom Brady got involved. At least £10 more. Hyper ****ing inflation or what.

They categorise the games. Perhaps we’re an attractive opponent now we’re playing champagne football.
£40 for the coach when many won’t have an alternative seems steep.
If I’m working up north that week I’ll go. Probably back before the Friday.
Is that a good thing? Good for his confidence I suppose, and as has been pointed out by Terry elsewhere, probably less game time than with the U21s, reducing injury risk.
Have to confess my interest in international football nowadays is pretty much limited to the tournament stage of competitions.
I assume it’s on the telly as well. It’s a short train trip for me, and some good boozers in Digbeth. If you go and fancy a pre match pint let me know. I might be with a Bluenose mate, but he hasn’t actually lived in Brum for decades and is quite house trained.
Been invited to a wedding in Italy next year. Rather ambitiously I’ve booked to come home the day before the playoff final just in case. Silly really given we’re winning the league.
