I still remember jumping around the living room when Spencer tucked that equaliser in. That goal from Impey was disgusting.
I remember watching the last couple of minutes of that on Ceefax, when it went 2-4 I thought at least it'll be respectable, then 3-4, surely they can't? They did...
I got left behind by my dad as I had a birthday party to go to. All the highlights from the early to mid-nineties seem to feature Impey heavily and while he had a solid career maybe should have gone further after nearly getting into an England squad once.
Remember our ex. manger Paulo Sousa? He has just been appointed manager of the Polish National football team.
He missed the start of the season -and then started to play regularly and reasonably well. He still is not scoring enough.

FA cup analysis The Atlantic have issued an article today where they have ranked all 92 league teams in relation to how easy each clubs draw has been in the FA Cup over the last ten years. the rough calculation is that they have taken the difference between the league positions between the 2 teams, and then factoring in which team is at home. 9 of the top 10 ranked teams are unsurprisingly Premier League teams, as they usually draw teams below them in the league pyramid. Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man U, Chelsea and Man CIty take the top 6 spots, but coming in with the 7th easiest set of draws over the last decade comes in our very own QPR. Our draws can't statistically have been any been much better, but we have still been atrocious* (slightly improved with a couple of wins in 2 of the last 3 years). For comparison, Birmingham (who have spent the last 10 years in the Championship) have had the 49th toughest record over the decade.
Then again when we field weakened teams against lesser opposition who want it more you get done. No glossing over our record, it's totally pants...
It would be nice to see Jimmy Birch and Jack Smith down at Loftus Rd and inducted into the ForeveRs. I don't suppose it will happen though due to the pandemic.
has anyone bought one of these (also available in away kit colours!)?Seems a good way to get some grief and start a fight in ASDA to me.
