Beautiful city Valletta. I remember sitting in the old city area watching the seaplanes coming into land on that long stretch of water next to the city.
Not been for a while but always enjoyed it there, always really liked the little coffee shops in Valletta, more or less peoples' front rooms,quality coffee and cheap as chips
Me too but went there August once, so think I'd have to holiday somewhere cooler then. Love fish n seafood, Marsaxlokk has to have some of the best I've ever had.
I wonder if the clowns will have a whip round this year for our poor pensioners and kids ? Or will it go on our new uninvited gimmiegrunts ?
If memory serves me right, each region as it's own festival, fireworks at them all. Went once and stayed in Sleima, on the hour every hour from about 8 till 8 no fireworks just a big boom like a bomb going off, lasted a few days, became really annoying.
