I agree NJ. Our mods are good natured but in trying to be fair they haven't been ruthless enough on wummers from up the road. We've both been around long enough to know what Sparkey is like but others haven't been here as long and just don't see it. The new regime after the recent dust up was for a complete zero tolerance policy on insults and wums because that would allow us to talk footy. What we now have is an "I'm actually OK with wums" from swanselona and even outright criticism of Jacks after they bite back after being provoked. The love-in is frankly sickening. Oh and Numpty - "very few occasions" my ass. Our board so **** off ****. That's in the spirit of our new policy so chew on that.

KJ, if you want something done, as said many times now, then do not stoop to their level, because if I then ban them for insulting you, I will ban you for insulting them too. I am not two faced. A wum is a wind up merchant, there is nothing wrong with a little wind up. If you do NOT want other fans coming here for a laugh and joke, then find a Swans only board, if you want to pick and choose what you want to read on a forum, then do so, and ignore the poster in question, like you have said you would do on I don't know how many occasions, yet we sit here in wait. What I told you, was that if I was to ban Sparkey upon your request due to his insults, then I would have to ban you at the same time, for breaking the exact same rules, I even asked you if you would be happy being banned if I done it. Your case also hinged on Sparkey derailing a thread, a thread that was equally derailed by yourself, DPJ and Vetch, so asked if you would be ok if I banned them too. As I said, I am not a hypocrite, and if the rule is good for one, its good for all. So tell me, should I ban sparkey for insults? If yes, should I in-turn ban you for insults. Should I ban Sparkey for derailing a topic? If yes, should I also ban yourself, DPJ and Vetch who were involved in that conversation? If you answer no to the "if yes" questions, then I am afraid you do not know me well enough, because I don't treat people differently.
Also I am happy, that if you don't like my stance, then you can send a PM to Minxy or BRB, because to be honest, I don't care about being mod, I became a mod because I was fed up with how some people treat visiting fans, all very two faced and hypocritical. And I would be just as happy to go back to being a regular member.

I thought it was the mods job to apply the rules not the posters to do the job for you . What may not be offensive to me may well be offensive to others, hence why the rules are in place to make it easier for mods to do the job It seems we have a new system where mods arnt actually moderating and reading but are doing so via remote control . It's all a load of bollocks anyway, I don't give a fook who insults who the problem is when I defended my self in the past others like dai do knead made a point of suddenly being offended and I was dealt with, so when I apply the same conditions and reasons here suddenly there is no problem What has been created on this forum is a total mess, own own mods are not even singing from the same hymn sheet !... If Sparky is as bad a wum as you say KJ, then he'll eventually shoot himself in the foot and will be removed. His posts in the past are irrelevant, I.e. Before myself and swanselona joined the forum. A lot of fans from other boards have been over recently and made the place better. As for the Cardiff fans coming here, Spurs have arsenal fans on theirs and the Geordies have the Sunderland lot on theirs etc. This is what is supposed to happen on a multi team forum. Swanselona was also very clear the other day when he clearly stated that should he follow through and ban Sparky you too would have to be banned.
