Hit-piece in the Mail from Adrien Kajumba and Craig Hope on Ralph - https://www.mailplus.co.uk/edition/...asenhuttl-has-lost-trust-of-southampton-stars Doesn’t make for great reading.
This is the Mail FFS. Only a fool doesn't know when he is being fed lies and that is why only fools read the Mail.
The beginning of the end. Hope it’s a quick end. Players will be reluctant to sign for us if they think the manager is about to get sacked
Assuming you take the word of the daily mail as gospel. I’d advise against such a strategy to be honest
And yet there are no quotes from players, staff, or anyone else to confirm any of it. It is a non-story, which the anti-Ralphers will leap upon.
Players aren't going to be wanting to be seen publicly stabbing their manager in the back, so not sure what you're expecting? JWP is hardly going to come out and confirm its all true.
It’s a story made up after reading the bollocks on Twitter and Facebook. Cheap, gutter journalism of the worst kind.
And that's your opinion. It tallies up with stuff I heard in passing a while back. Not saying it's 100%, but like Tom, your passing it off as rubbish based on nothing more than your opinion.
Until I see a reliable source repeating it I don’t believe a word. The Mail has form for printing complete bollocks.
It is a lot of stories in one article to be making up l, unless they’ve been talking to Charlie Austin today?
But why publish is now? Surely the time would have been: - end of last season - when the other coaches were sacked - after the pre season games where we failed to score against a lower division Austrian side and Watford - immediately after the opening loss I’d suggest all of those would have worked. And likely could have been better But no, it came out after a charismatic showing at a fan forum.
What did you think about the puff piece around transfer in the athletic this morning? That was strange timing as well, after the negative reaction to the fans forum.
It’s a lot of stories and none all at the same time. It is an amalgamation of a variety of criticisms that could come from actual sources but could just as easily come from Twitter and forum threads for all we know the source of the evidence of players being unhappy could be some of the examples like posters above saying “I’ve heard this from some of the players”
I am not dure of the veracity of the article. We will see on Saturday if Ralph has lost the dressing room. My feelings towards the end of last season was that he had. The Spurs result and the manner of the defeat did nothing to reassure me otherwise. Saturday; Ralph needs a good performance from his team, or l feel there will be more outpouring of discontent as at the Brentford game last season.
