Will be raising a few glasses to you all, Brix, Hoopton especially and a few more for those washing in The Thames. Salutations to all
Hoops Eternal and Tom, Finglas, Ninesy and daughter, Terry, Roller, Stainsey and myself raised our glasses to Brix and Hammersmith Hoopton at the C&S today. And a pleasant, tension free afternoon at the match.
Apologies to Hoops Eternal's son for spilling a pint all over him. I got a dose of the shakes as I thought Danish was going to arrive any minute to throw me in the Thames. Great to meet everybody and what an enjoyable day. Sorry Tom.
Good to remember lost friends, a few beers in the sun and we actually won a home game so good day all round. Don't worry Finglas, Tom doesn't bear grudges! A pleasure to meet up with you all as always.
That was just your consiounce Finglas - Your class and morals will always battle against your whims for fads. I'll meet you by Broom Water where the best part of the refreshing and renewing Thames awaits. Redemption lies within, I say Redemption lies within.
