I think it would be a good idea to try this for a season to see if it helps create a better atmosphere

I received the questionnaire today. No thanks. Looks hideous and will be unnecessarily costly. Also, I don’t want to stand or have people standing in front of me, forcing me to stand.

Anyway, what is the point trying to squeeze more people in when we rarely sell out the 18,000 seats we already have.

Mr Hoos - use the few mill it will inevitably cost to rebuild the seating and pay Eze and Bright a wage that keeps em at LR for another season to two.

Because it will help increase attendance? Help bring in younger fans?

You wouldn’t have to stand. This would take up a small percentage of the stadium.

Fair enough. Do you think it would attract new fans ?

I don't want to stand personally, but would quite like to see it brought in. The Paddock and the Lower Loft would be the obvious areas, but it would most likely upset a lot of people with season tickets in those areas.

Yeah someone would be inevitably inconvenienced just as many were when the much-loved Family Stand was brought in. Lower Loft would be the right size of area and makes sense to be behind the goal but can’t see it happening. Think they’d go with the Paddocks if anywhere.

    Why not upper Loft?

I think it’s a great idea. Would mean I would have a broader range of places to sit/stand other than the top row. I’m only 6ft, hardly a giant, but it’s physically painful sitting in those seats for more than 10 minutes.

I also would have thought it will help the atmosphere as the standing fans will probably be more vociferous?

I think it is a good idea to have a trial, day in the paddock.

Yeah it would be great just assuming it’s more difficult to implement in an upper tier but then again what I know about construction you could write on the back of a fag packet.

I’d also have assumed the bronze/silver/gold thing would come into the club’s thinking.

The Lower Loft is a joke as it is, so a change would be good. Remember how it was before?
