    Yeah, and the argument for him getting the best out of Ramirez was "He speaks Spanish"

    I can't see it. I don't think Ramirex fits that easily into a 4-4-2, which is supposedly MP's preferred formation.

    442 isn't the southampton way! Poch will have to get his head around our existing formation I'm sure.

    Oh dear, they finished with Nigel's rendition of The Man In The Glass.

    I got rather sentimental for a minute or two afterwards. Yep, there was a wee something in my eye for a while there.

    Someone posted the video on twitter and I'll happily admit I was in a similar state to you TSS. I'm over the sacking and am looking forward to the future but Nigel was such a unique manager and man and that side of him will forever be impossible to replace.
