It's obvious that racism is alive and well in britain. if the english football captain is racist, then i guess it's ok for all of us to be racist.
Everyone in the whole world is exactly the same. We all want to be part of a community or group that we feel we have something in common with. People who don't fit that 'ideal' in our mind become segregated from us in our mind - it's not racist or even xenophobic, it's just how people are. Yes, some sad ****ers will judge someone purely on their skin colour - that's sad but it's still a form of what I was talking about earlier. There are many people,(usually of low intelligence) who will disregard somebody because of their look, whether that be colour, disability, height, hair colour or whatever... you've just got to realise that it's HUMAN NATURE for us to want to segregate ourselves from one another. Even on this forum you see groups forming. It's usually by football team initially but then the moderators become hated by some because of their 'power'. Then we have the GC group - read any footie forum and most posters consider GC a no-go area because of all the 'weirdo's' that contribute to that particular forum. I could go on but i'm sure you get the point i'm making.

imo John Terry is a racist A few years ago (just before getting sent off) he said something to Ledley King which had all the black players nearby up in arms
Whoever said the Chinese ain't racist...if you are black or darked skinned, come to China and see how you are treated compared to other Chinese and White skinned people.
Chinese girl I know. She saw a Black African (most likely a Student) and went "Eeewww" and made a face of disgust. She did this twice. Generally, people here do not like dark skin. Esepcially Black. Now, usually a white person is (almost) always considered beautiful or handsome. Even when by our standards they may not be all that (unless they are really fat). This same girl has said "Oh he looks handsome" whenever she saw white skinned foreigners (except one guy who she said looks stupid due to him stuttering).
