Not criticising UEFA's actions in that case, though they could have just been banned Liverpool, but just pointing out that they can make decisions in some cases.
Seems they only make a decision regarding english clubs. Galatasary weren't banned after those poor Leeda fans were killed. Also Wengers fine for sitting in the stands was about 40k yet a team got fined about 10k for racist abuse.
I see that the Dutch players have now been abused in Poland at a training session. This could all end very badly. Will be interesting to see how the first few gams go.
Really makes my blood boil things like this feel so sorry for the dutch players, no one should endure least not during what should be the pinacle of their carreers. Did I remember correctly that Van Bommel said if theres racism they will ask the ref to stop the game. I hope this is the case I would feel more pride in my teams if they stood up to this barbaric abuse even if the cost was losing the match. Some things in life are more important. Lets hope though that this is an isolated incident and its the last we hear of it, regretably I feel this my not be the case.
