Another desperate piece of news.


Racing post reporting that Valyra has been put down following an accident on the beach at Deauville this morning.

She was undefeated in 3 starts her most notable victory coming in the PRIX DE DIANE with a 3/4 length win over Beauty Parlour. Valyra was the fifth favourite for the 2012 Arc De Triomphe.
