    You’d better remove any fencing you’ve put up then and move it back to your actual boundary line then mate, as that issue isn’t going away.

    It'll me OK I'm being allowed to use the land but not allowed to build anything. It's my neighbour who has flags put down they're really after.

    People do really weird things when it comes to boundary lines and minuscule pieces of land, always makes me laugh when you see disputes over fence boundaries and the like, where some Noddy is pissing his kecks because the fence posts are an inch too far over or something. Equally the thought process of the Noddy who does something like that deliberately as opposed to by accident. It’s proper feudal stuff.
