I recently watched a brilliant documentary on the life of BM. definitely started me thinking about Filey, and I got something in my eye. It's a good watch.
You weren’t the only one thinking of Filey watching that doc (I assume the one about him in England?…very good as you say)
Scarborough picking it up a bit now Greenings signed a big lump from brid, possibly Castro, A play maker from York and a big Center back I think And abandoned his ticky tacky stuff Doing well. February 8th El Coastico Boro v Whitby Town Big grudge match . filey woulda loved it
Had the pleasure of knowing Graeme. Helped him with his fear of going out a few years back. Sat next to him on our coach to try and make it easier for him being out after so long. We had a lovely time chatting and bonded over our cancers. Humble chap. Think we got beat 6-1 that day.
Nathan Cartman got suspended which left Jake Day as a lone striker, Boro started playing more direct then. Day is like a young Whitehurst - a raw player who gives everything but without Billy's brutality. Jono's brought a few players in through the season to strengthen the team, Luca Colville signed from Morton is a class above. 2 young lads out wide are making a difference too. The Whitby match should be a cracker
Scarborough have just signed will Jarvis on loan My mates asking if he’s any good? can’t place him! Is he a winger ?
what league do scarbs play in these days. Happy memories of the McCain or was that York & scarbs was the Sara Lee??
