thugs? Hardly Norman Hunter and Chopper Harris are they?
they could also play football,today's thugs can't.
I can't imagine them scoring a goal like Rafael's at Anfield.
Anyway, suggesting he is a thug is ridiculous. He might be a bit over-exuberant at times, but he's never gone out to hurt someone like Adam.
Hunter and Harris could play football? Really? If you watch Match of the Day from the 70s the only time you ever see players like those 2 is when they're standing over some poor sod whose leg they've just mangled because they had the temerity to shimmy past them.
I don't like the way the art of tackling is being phased out of the game to give even more advantage to attackers but really wouldn't want to go back to a time where the likes of hunter, harris and that animal tommy Smith are regarded as heroes.
