3 men go into a cafe and each buys a sandwich. the waiter tells them its £1.50p so they pay 50p each the waiter takes the money to the tiller who says if you buy 3 sandwiches theres a discount of 25p on his way back to the men to return their 25p he pockets 10p for himself and gives back 15p each man takes 5p each. meaning they each paid 45p 3x45p= £1.35p plus the 10p the waiter took = £1.45p wheres the other 5p ?
