We have no control over the stickies staying on every page Bill, only Mick does. And how on earth is it an ego trip? Anything made sticky is at the request of the author, the Africa thread was made sticky, but although i wrote it, it was actually Roger and Ballin' Boys idea. If you wanna have a pop at the mods, all well and good, but there's better things than stickies for that.
I posted one rare comment on the mags board yesterday on a thread about Sunderland and Quinn..My comment was in no way abusive, yet I was told to '**** off' back to my own board, and there was also a request to the mods to remove my post and make it Newcastle fans ... So my message to billo would be that, on the whole we are far more tolerant of them than they are of us...

Brucie, aint the stickies, Im all in favour, but only at the begining, not every page, takes so much longer to get through the site is all. uses up abbot 15 and sometimes 25 percent.
I agree, i'd like them to just stick the first page Bill, but it's the way Mick has the forum set up, maybe if you PM him, he can change it, certaily i'd back you in that and leave the following pages clear. If i could do it, i would marra.
You quoted him on the previous article mate. Sometimes a little PM is the best way mate, plenty go about and plenty of conflicts are solved this way. You both contribute to the board, and your both intelligent enough to have a little convo and make your peace marra.
