Off Topic Question for the day

The point, as I see it, is that the employer is irrelevant. Speaking up against, or asking for justification for something you don't agree with is a personal choice. Hiding behind "I was just following orders" says as much about the person carrying out the orders as it does about the idiots giving the orders.
