Mr Cameron himself says Mr Carr did not break the law. Strange Mr Cameron choose to denounce J. Carr and not denounce his friend Barlow, of course the later is a good Tory contributer. Cameron has said he will speak out if the former Take That singer has broken the law. Not the same for Carr. Of course we know Rangers have broken several laws.
