    Club thanks fans for patience
    Published: 10 February, 2014

    Supporters thanked for their patience.
SAFC is thanking fans for their patience today as it emerged that the club has been inundated with over 80,000 calls today from fans trying to secure their Wembley ticket in phase two of the sales process.
Every season card holder is guaranteed a ticket and season card holders have until 12noon on Saturday (15 February) to purchase.
SAFC commercial director Gary Hutchinson said: “We are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand on our call centre and ticket office and thank fans for the patience and good humour they have shown.

"With such phenomenal demand inevitably some people will not be able to get through on phone lines and we’d advise fans to avoid busy periods where possible.

"Every season card holder is guaranteed a ticket so no-one will miss out.”
    TICKET PRICES
    Adults £90/ £72/ £56/ £40
    Under 16s £45/ £36/ £28/ £20
    Over 65s £45/ £36/ £28/ £20
The club will aim to allocate supporters their price preference at point of sale and will allocate the best available seat at this time.

This however is not guaranteed and the next available price will then be allocated. Once a ticket has been sold it cannot be upgraded or downgraded in category.
    TICKET APPLICATION PROCESS
Season card holders can apply either in-person at the Stadium of Light ticket office or by telephone, on the 24 hour hotline number, 0871 911 1973.

Applications cannot be made online for this fixture.
Supporters must have their customer number available when purchasing tickets as applications cannot be processed without this number.
TICKETS FOR DISABLED & VISUALLY IMPAIRED PATRONS
Tickets for disabled and visually impaired patrons can be purchased under the same schedule as above.
The price charged to wheelchair patrons is equivalent to the relevant price for the area in which they’re situated, with their personal assistant (where required) gaining access free of charge.
Concession rates will apply across all of these tickets for Junior Wheelchair patrons, 16 years of age and under, over 65s and ambulant patrons.
    TERMS & CONDITIONS
All tickets are sold as instructed by the Football League and as per terms and conditions of sale or at the Stadium of Light ticket office or www.safc.com/daretodream.
TICKET OFFICE OPENING HOURS & CONTACT DETAILS
The Stadium of Light ticket office is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm and Saturday’s from 10am - 1pm or until kick off on home match days.
    Telephone: 0871 911 1973 (24 hour service)
Email: [email protected] (for general enquiries)
    Website: www.safc.com/daretodream
Should any tickets remain after the season card holder priority periods, a further announcement will be made.

The ticket line is open 24 hours, so if you're not already sorted, try ringing at an "off-peak" time
I phoned last Monday night @ 2130, got straight through and got tickets in post on Thursday

Whilst queuing today security said the box office could remain open well after half five. Dont think we would have been sorted by then. We were still close to the North stand at 3 oclock.
