I agree in terms of his shooting and to be honest all players at times may lose possession or their speed of thought for closing down has a glitch so OI can forgive him for certain things. I think as fans to have a player like DN who plays on the half turn and is always looking to play forward more than backwards with penetrating passes, he will sometimes get caught in possession or make a misplaced pass and on occasion it may even prove costly but , to be honest I would much rather have that forward thinking young midfielder in our team than playing for the opposition.
Dan has now Played close to 100 games as a first team player and is still young but is experienced at his young age, easy to forget he is still only 21 and will improve and get better and who knows may even get better at shooting :emoticon-0136-giggl

What are your thoughts on the Swansea game mate.

They're desperately in need of a win and QPR won't want to lose at home again. Colback has done you no favours tbh, he's not a bad player but he isn't a clever lad. Ainsworth won't help him with all the clenched fist stuff imo.

QPR deserve better than relegation and I think you'll stay up, it'll be tight though.

My main fear about this squad is that there’s no depth at all so playing this and then Bham on Friday will be very tough after 70 mins with ten men in the heat. We’ve no adequate replacement for Colback so either he’ll change the formation, shoehorn someone in there or play a kid and the kids are ****.

Swansea look very beatable though and if we can sneak a win it’s a nice little gap to the relegation zone already. I’d predict 1-1 if I had to.

I really don't mean this disrespectfully, but that above about the Ginger Piss biscuit no adequate replacement for Colback is further evidence of our improvement in the last couple of years.
Would anybody even consider having him in our team/squad now

He’s been very good so far. Scored in his first two and relative to what we had earlier in the season it’s made a huge difference. I get he’s not your cup of tea but probably one scruffy old head in there would do you some good as the season goes on to complement what you have.

TBH we have O'Nien who's suddenly changed from a boy to a man, then the likes of Dack and Pritchard who are very good and experienced at this level.

Our captain, Corry Evans, has an injury but is excellent in the centre of midfield but, with the way the kids are developing, he'll struggle to get back in.

The coaching must be phenomenal, it's like a production line of skilful determined young players all fighting for their place in the team.

He’s a treacherous little man who handed us 3 points on a plate on Saturday with a disgusting tackle. If that is what ‘very good’ is I’m happy he’s far away from my club.

I once had an argument with a mate about him, when Henderson left. He insisted that he'd be a better player in the long term than Henderson, who he claimed was overrated. He said that the ginger piss biscuit would "be our Paul Scholes"... Never has a lad been more happy to be proved wrong!

Yeah I get you guys don’t care for him. Just saying he’s done a good job for us thus far with the obvious exception of Saturday but our expectations are considerably lower than your two year project to get into the Champions’ League.

Better than project league 2 which you seem to be on now. Any comment on the fan spitting on Ballard? Joke of a club, joke of a manager, joke of a fanbase.

I don’t wish bad upon people but I would love if someone gave him a taste of his own medicine at some point. Awful footballer.

The fan to our right, having a go at Pritchard, was hilarious ...

... he went on for ages and Pritch just stood there laughing, even other QPR fans were laughing.

I liked him when he was here but then again we had some ****e at the time. Will always be more disliked by out fan base cause of the way he left but he was decent for us.

But that being said I don't think we have ever missed him and don't think he has done much since leaving and there is no way he would get anywhere near this squad never mind play.

Is he a dirty bastard usually or is it just he loses his head against us due to history? Didn't he try it the year when Cattermole owned him?

Colback has now increased the pressure on himself for the match at the SOL, as if he needed to ...

... I certainly wouldn't bet on him staying on the pitch for the whole game.

He's a decent player, his lack of brains has held him back.

Nah I just have great disdain towards your embarrassing football club. I went to Loftus Road in the 2000s with my Dad, my Dad was jumped and bottled by a group of QPR fans, my Dad was taken to hospital and we missed the game. The QPR fans who did this were not punished despite the police being involved as the club and a local pub protected them and I know for a fact some of them still go to Loftus Road so why would I respect your club?

Just watched the full 90 back as hadn’t seen it live. The Colback foul was literally 30 seconds after Chair just swipes out completely at ONien and our players went mental, really poor decision not to book him. I can then see why they were all so animated at the Colback foul.

It’s really silly timing from Colback (if there’s ever a good time to tackle like that)
