I agree. There are people starving all around the world but people are donating money to a rebuilding project which is already awash with money before its even started.

I agree with the fundamental point you appear to be making, in that they can find a billion pounds (or is it euros) within a matter of days for a building, to which i personally have no objection too, but in the same breath fail to find the same funding for humanity in the same timescale.
