QSF.... Bye bye...

Brian was a little before my time, but I'm sure the comparison is close. At the start of the season Ralph was trying to put square pegs in round holes. Barely a week would pass without him shuffling someone new in to the RB spot. This eventually accumilated into the Leicester result. A very dark night in our history, but ironically something that started a chain of events that would see us embarking on a remarkable set of results. The team now functions as a whole, changing one or two positions doesn't create a negative impact, because everyone knows their job. After the turgid three years we've had (jury is still out on our ownership) its nice to see the hard work paying dividends. I'd even give Shane Long a contract extension! We still have a large amount of massively over paid loan players out there, waiting to come back and cause trouble, so I'm fully aware a lot more work needs to go on, but at least the journey has become enjoyable once again.
