This paragraph near the end:

He seems to imply the owners can pay the fine but then he can't get his 'there' and 'their' correct so maybe suspect! Interesting anyway and thanks for posting.

Maybe they can pay for the fine then which wasn't implied by someone on the other thread where this was being discussed. Good pot with the there and their, I didn't notice it.

I don't know mate, I got an email from Ian Taylor to go to an off the record meeting with Hoos and Alan Senderek on 28th March at Loftus Road. It just said that it's a briefing and update on the stadium project.
