G&T is the sort of player you want to bring on to see out a game as he will harrass and pester the life out of the opposition, not the sort who will turn a game around unfortunately.

Their coach saying he thought they deserved to win. Not sure about that.
Also criticised the pitch for being uncut and not watered.
Would we make the pitch difficult considering the way we play?
Came across as a bit of an arrogant knob tbh.

Swansea were a horrible side, all shirt pulls and niggly fouls. As if Ryan Manning had been taking training all week.

That's why I don't go anymore. I'm bored of football despite our season. It bores me watching us, and I can't deal with the cold.

Oh mate it’s been superb recently. As good as it’s ever been in my lifetime. Even tonight was better than a lot of the last 20 years.

Saw none of the game but the result’s not so bad. Plus I didn’t get frostbite.

I was there and barely saw it.

Dykes fluffed a phenomenal chance. They may or may not have had a red card. Manning got booed a bit. That’s it.

Oh we hit the post at some point. That was very unlucky for Amos (I think, could have been literally anyone else instead).

Thought it was a scrappy match with little quality on display. 0-0 is probably the right outcome. We take a point and move on.

I think you’re all doing Dykes an injustice.
To have that peripheral vision of the goal area and be able to pick out a big unit in a bright green shirt and hit him full on, when there this so much other net space to hit, is an incredible skill.

To do it game in, game out is unbelievable. That’s why these guys get paid the big wads of money!!!

He looked so slick with his fresh head shave too. Such a shame.

It is the sign of lack of confidence. He need the confidence to just take a breathe and place it past the keeper. Instead he just hit it and hoped...and the keeper had done all he could and just made him self big...and hoped
You are missing a rare and wonderful season 999s. Even last night (and it wasn't that cold...you bunch of girls) we played as a team who wanted to win, and tried to win...and we are seeing some fine players...come and watch Willock before he leaves us.

On the match... Swansea came to bore us to death and to grind us down.
They niggled, pulled, fouled. Moses was systematically beaten up ...they knew he was back from injury and floored him multiple times. It was really really nasty

We didn't have the guile to beat them. Well actually we did twice. Amos through and a great shot passed the keeper, so unlucky.
Dykes really should have done better with his chance.

Austin (I'm not really proud of) got their player sent off..but Swansea as a team deserved that. I have a new favourite hate team. Swansea I do not like you..

Trouble is Beth he keeps doing the same thing, that’s not acceptable at his level and in his position. As the saying goes .. doing the same thing and expecting a different result etc etc.
I’m sure (hoping/praying) Dykes will get his mojo back as strikers do, but with our options up front lacking right now we can’t wait for long or points will slip away from us.

I agree...he was on a hot streak before going to Scotland with the foot injury.. He has come back from that and is a different player ( in a bad way).

We were saying if that chance had fallen to Austin or Gray...and they were would have nailed it...
But Austin wouldn't have got there...and Gray was 2000 miles away from getting there

Marshall is a good shot-stopper, but he doesn't look comfortable playing the ball out to defenders, which seems to impact the defenders too. Consequently, we play more long balls out of defence, which isn't our game. He doesn't seem to catch anything either. A good cover signing, but I'd certainly have Dieng straight back in on his return.

Austin seems to have turned into a nasty piece of work on the pitch, perhaps due to his fading mobility. Swansea were horrible though.
