Almost a candidate for own goal of the season

Another chance saved by keeper

They’re murdering us down our right. Kakay constantly too high and Dickie dragged out to the wing. They look very tidy, happy to commit players forward and turn our defence.

Gray stuck a brilliant chance straight at the keeper. Not entirely sure he’s a footballer.

Willock not in the game yet. Chair good as ever.

Enough chances in the last 10 mins there, should've taken one. Kakay really is one of the worst players I've seen us have in last 10 years and that's saying something. Just so unconvincing at the back, Dieng kept us in it first 10 mins. Midfield been getting battered for first 30 mins just all a bit crap. We need to up tge tempo and I think Uncle could be the key again coming on for last 30 mibs and running at them. We have to take one of these chances as I can see 1-0 either way here. Could be set up for an Austin glory moment late on

Definitely needed to take advantage of them trying to play out and not being good enough to do so.

Not the worst we’ve played for a first half I guess. A lot more to do by us in the second half, but definitely winnable for us. Chair has been quiet up front; Gray ineffective; thought Odibajo has been OK (considering all the flack he has had).
Need to step up the pressure, and finishing, in this second half.

They've managed to bring us down a level or two in that half. They closed us down well and didn't give us a chance to play. We'll just have to see if they can keep it up. Gray has not been in the game much at all, and had a half a chance which he didn't take well. I'd take him off for Austin or Albert at half time, or soon after.

That's why I couldn't understand the Austin and Gray signings , better off making sure we had decent wing backs. Personally think Gray was an afterthought and Austin because he saved us last season. Money for both would have got us a decent striker to challenge Dykes, we didn't need anyone else as not set up that way
I still think both Gray and Austin have got plenty to offer in this league. And I don't mind having 3 good strikers. But we need to do one of two things: a) order the midfield to put balls over, through and cross, or b) play with 1 striker, play on the floor with good dribblers and let the striker pick up the scraps.

Theyve done their homework concentrating on our weak spots, kakay and odebajo. Not a bad last 10 mins but not much in this at all.
