BTW a former 90 year old Canadian Naval intelligence officer (a Captain but couldn't serve on ships so was shore based) is also watching her first ever R's game. She was head of a team in Shelburne Nova Scotia 24/7 tracking Russian submarines carrying nuclear weapons that were trying to secretly get to Cuba during the 1963 Missile crisis. Trackers, planes flying off aircraft carriers were always above Russian subs when they surfaced and couldn't understand how their positions were located. Apparently when the Russians switched from diesel subs to nuclear it was much easier to track them as their propeller signature was unique and could not be confused with diesel powered fishing trawlers. Probably said too much here, Official Secrets Act whatever, but Russian subs can still be tracked using this older still in-situ technology.
Getting a little squeaky bum time. We look a little jaded. Keep on ‘em lads; get at ‘em! C’mon Rrrrs.
No more running off Dykes anymore...really sitting back and inviting them forward. Going to be a long 15 minutes. Penalty appeal for them waved away.
Ilias has missed a couple of opportunities to push the ball to a striker. He needs to do it when it’s obvious - otherwise they just know he’s going to go for the shot every time.
