Happened last 2 season under Warburton.

Think it was and we won every league match in a calender months.

Last season I think it was October or November
I look forward to it Beth, good skills. I'm glad you had a great night.
999s it was last Dec and Jan ( when everyone went to the ACON)

30th Dec won at Bristol City away
2 Jan won at Brum
Won in Cup vs Rotherham
15th Jan beat WBA
Won away at Coventry.

We drew at home to Swansea...
Then beat Reading 4nil.

After that we went to Peterborough, lost and the season fell apart

Lady and gentlemen ( some questionable ) we are going up. .
We have the best coach in the League.
We have the best all round squad in the League ( in my opinion )
We have the hunger to succeed and have a togetherness not seen since 2011.
That is all.
P.S. and **** you sky and your Friday live hoodoo.

Woah there. Easy tiger.

None of that talk. Long, long way to go.

I thought Chair ran his socks off to be fair. It's a very high mark to step up from his previous appearances. In the 1st half he was absolutely everywhere.

Absolutely. I thought he played well. Certainly isn't giving the ball away so easily now.
I think that, unless he's scoring or assisting, people tend to think he's under performing.
Tim whatshisname looks absolute class to me. Just a bit of youthful rashness that should hopefully calm down.

There's a quality player in there, still getting used to the championship but he will only improve

Posted at 1:00 pm today, never in doubt.
Just got back, someone asked why boo toilet, I was in Cardiff when that little twat scored against us, he ran out of his way to celebrate in front of the Rangers fans, that’s why he got booed.
I see praise for Kakay but he gave the ball away so much.
Great lively game and a great team performance and a win, but the highlight was on the tube with (and fair play to them) noisy Reading fan singing about the “Berkshire Boys”, rather camp I thought.
Well they are all berks.

Love Beale.

Great interview as usual. No blather just straight up talking.

Love the way he emphasises 'Team, Team, Team', not individuals.

Building something solid here. Just a pity several of the players are only loans.

(Please stick with us Mick, don't get tempted by any offers....... at least for 3 years!)

He seems pretty level -headed and therefore realises that he has to do his time and that only fools with more money than sense would offer him a better job at the moment and even bigger fools would take it without having done their apprenticeship first having learned their skills at lower levels until he was ready to step up.

I don’t really understand the ‘Chair needed to step up’ sentiments I’ve read (not so much on here). He’s been full of energy and movement all over the pitch all season, a lot more to him than the spectacular goals. He’s clearly loving it this season as well.

I’d like to see a bit more from Roberts, but I suspect I might be missing quite a bit of what he does. He certainly gets kicked a lot (or makes the most of contact). He has a lovely touch and movement, more of a link player than an out and out striker.

I like Beale highlighting Kakay post match. He’ll never be the worlds best but he’s full of running, gets the crosses in (ok of variable quality) and is getting better. Hey, he’s obviously being coached!

I’m still pinching myself a bit this morning. This is fun.

Chair stepped up yesterday. He run his legs off . He collapsed to the ground at final whistle. See official video to see it. He was a weaving and a shimmering as usual, but did a lot of covering too. He was close to mom for me, like Tim5vowels he was great. Tim 5vowels gave away a goal but got us the winner.

But of course Lyndon scored a brace and it was his birthday...so had to be him

Incidentally, those at home, who did sky make their man of the match.

Oh yes Chair worked very hard. I was just talking about someone stepping up to fill Willock's very large shoes. Both Roberts and Chair did ok, Chair more than ok, but rather than burying their scoring chances in the corners they put them in reach of Lumley. Dykes stepped up with his goals and hard work. Tim too with his first full 90 and best game yet, plus winning what should of been 2 penalties. Most important it was a great team performance.

Am I the only one who thought Reading were a decent team.?
Great game and atmosphere
Finally moving the family area, an obvious thing to do, has helped along with the standing
Slow start and we missed Willock
Great cross and goal
Over run a bit early in the 2nd half
Great subs that changed game
Senny more important than Chris which is saying something!
Possibly Chairs best game without Chris on the pitch
Loving Tim and his positivity apart from his error for the goal. It was like Bellingham recently
Loving it for Dykes and Kakay who had several better deliveries
Just brilliant
We seem have a squad that fights like hell and knows what to do
Also Lumleys best home game so far!
Must be great management. How much did this squad cost?

I could see why Reading are near the top. They have a lot of threat up front and if they get Ejaria fully fit they'll have more. But all the long throws at Carroll gets boring. Mix it up they could well stay in contention.

But don't you see a Reading squad that is not really built for the future. Hendrick and Carroll played well..but with Yiadom, Hoillett and Lumley in team... can't really see it.

Reading are on a transfer embargo and can only sign free agents and loans- hence Hendrick, Carroll, Lumley etc. after they lost a lot of players in the summer, including all of their midfield. Their objective really is to survive this year. I am sure they will collapse, the heavy beatings they have taken will get more frequent. The lob it up front for Carroll to assault someone tactic will die when Carroll gets sent off or injured. Ince isn’t a proper manager in my book.

He'll stay with us until Klopp leaves Liverpool ! You heard it hear first

Thought they were a dirty niggle side who with a decent ref would definitely have had at least 1 player sent off. Very tall front players but not much craft or guile about them. I think if we'd had Willock playing instead of Roberts 1st half we'd have shredded them. Once you get into 3 games a week territory invthis league it's all about grinding out results and becomes very hard to see who the quality sides are anymore. Certain teams will show quality 1 game but look ordinary tge next either due to tiredness or injuries. Over the course of the season so far I haven't seen any better squads than ours.

Interesting. I watched last night, and wondered if they'd actually be better without Carroll. All their play was aimed at him, and it meant they never tried to play a passing game, but just lobbed it forward to the big man up top. He also showed a little of his temperament, which should have resulted in a red last night, and other times will get him sent off. Wish them well, but agree they may well fade away from the top six as the season goes on.
