O’Shea should have retired about four years ago. Throwing that one out there now before his heroic display grabbing the goal in a 1-0 away win.
Don’t say that Watford. That’s the sort of thing that used to happen to us all the time. Under Stcheev we seem to be putting ghosts to bed.
I will be very disappointed if we lose to this lot. Not because I dislike them but because they are shockingly poor.

Simon Osborn was a player with talent that didn't really do it for us unfortunately.
However for tomorrows game against Reading, bear in mind the youngsters have played a lot, I would give Matt Smith a chance to lead the line. Not what Reading would expect, plus they have a defender out through suspension, plus OShea playing...I have seen a 40 ton lorry turn quicker...maybe something a little different for this. We could always change a 45 mins if the game plan is not working
Playing smith would make O’Shea’s day .
Wells will have a field day against oshea .

I’d like to see us go a couple up early and give some key players half hour break and keep them fresh for Tuesday .

As for resting players , I think do it for the cup game . Give oteh , bos , Smith , chair and hall a game.

Obviously on paper it should be relatively straightforward but this league is mental. They can’t be as bad as they were under Clement and kept a clean sheet for 80 minutes with ten men at Millwall, though they’re crap too.

Without Luongo running the midfield I do fear a bit of a slog or a Hull-esque getting ahead of ourselves lackadaisical showing.

I must be the only one who doesn't see all these apparant attributes that Luongo has.
I've never seen him "run the midfield", but I have seen him run and run and run and tackle and close down. Those attributes we'll definitely miss imo.

  • QPR have won their last three Championship games - they last won four in a row back in January 2014, a season in which they were promoted via the play-offs. BBC Website.
Could history repeat itself in 2019?? Surely not?????
Here's hoping....

Soaking up a lot of pressure here but their final ball has been poor and they aren't very clinical in their finishing. If they were, we'd be losing.

A really frustrating match to watch.

Reading have the clear majority of the ball (70%?) with no real clear cut chances.

We need to up the tempo and create more chances.

COYR’s!!!
