We’re employing tactics? Are you sure? They look like eleven strangers out there.
Indeed.

I'd put Cameron into the back three, replace De Wijs with Chair. And I'd seriously consider taking Kane off for Kakay so that we actually have SOME PLAY on the right side of the pitch.

True, but Kane was at fault for both goals arguably and Cameron in midfield instead of Field has been a disaster.
Absolutely. The bloke is absolutely ****e. Just watch him walk after a pass! Truly shocking at this level. I said to the lad last week, Watch how Field moves straight after a pass. That's what you want in a midfielder. Taking our top scorer out for a man who cant score is ****ing stupid. Warburton has shown his true naivety here.

That was not an enjoyable half to watch. In fact it was quite painful.

I guess that it is Lent and perhaps it is a form of penance?

I would have thought leaving your best player on the bench would have worked really well. Cameron and Kane having shockers. Who would have thought it?

46 points declared?

To be fair, Dykes was slow to pick up the pass and cost us. But he was 1 of 3 culprits in the first 10 mins.

I've just watched it again and I suggest that you do the same.
Dykes wasn't even in shot.
It was all Toddy doing what Toddy does best.
There was one moment when Kane had all the time in the world as Wall stood off him. He waited and waited.....
And still hit the first opposition player ten ****ing yards away.

Needs some changes at half time, no point in waiting....... Get Chair and Field on the pitch......

When you give the ball away 15 times in one half you can't really expect anything but a defeat. Camaron gave the ball away three times in the first two minutes.
Dykes, Barbet and Wallace have been ok, the rest should be subbed at HT.
How many subs are we allowed?

3 times in 2 mins and a free kick. Honestly, I wouldnt pick him in my local amateur side. I also get the feeling that other players in our team know he's dog ****.

Wallace has put some bloody effort in tonight. Credit to the bloke

Wallace looks okay and flies up and down his wing, esp. for an old fella... but kane's positioning is awful, commits to balls he's never going to get then stuck in no man's land, it's almost funny to watch

Agree with the above...unless there are at least two changes at half time, I'll be only watching with half an eye in the second half.

Wheres that Warburton thread? I've made up my mind once and for all over him. Hes a football cliche. Very little common sense, the deepest defensive line in the championship, poor selections and tactics and says what we all already know.

Saw the last 15 mins, wish I hadn't. Lucky not to concede 2nd Dieng saving and a minute later we get suckered. Some players seem miles off the pace, Millwall exploiting space well, we'll be lucky to get anything tonight...
