Whether Cifuentes had any say in Summer recruitment or not, he's failed abjectly to get any satisfactory performances out of a squad of players that most of us would have thought at the start of the season were capable of a mid-table finish. Maybe he just isn't a very good coach.

Clive back to normal then? A very angry man....he was on the Open All Rs podcast last week, think he's getting very fed up with Nourry keeping his cards close to his chest...

Justifiably so. I dread to think what I spend on this club every year so **** knows what he does. We don’t ask for a lot and we aren’t getting close to that.

Work too busy at the moment to follow football properly. Was optimistic from afar that we'd turn things around until this game.

From a distance seems mad to think Cifuentes is the problem - he showed what he could do last season and it's high time we back a manager over the underperforming players.

Maybe Lyndon Dykes actually is the best on earth and we're learning that the hard way now he's gone?

Birmingham fans would confirm he is not.

Oh he's definitely the whipping boy. He's just maybe not what we need in this situation, if we were buzzing with confidence and movement he'd been a real asset but when the team are like statues around him it just doesn't work.

Exactly my thoughts. He'd be a good player at number 10 in a properly functioning team. Under Cifuentes, QPR are not functioning, so nor is he.

So Madsen doesn't go into the oppo area for corners, what a disgrace! Any chance the coach might have told him to wait on the edge for defensive knock-downs, Clive? In fact, I have a feeling that both the chance he set up for Celar and the shot he had saved himself might both have come after corners. This vilification of Madsen is too much in my opinion. The are bigger problems.

He’s criticising Cifuentes too with that though the point is Madsen is a tart. If he wasn’t a tart he’d be a threat at set pieces. Madsen is ‘vilified’ for the same reason Dozzell was- he’s soft and gets through entire matches in midfield having no impact at all.

He's criticising a fair few but rightly so he's criticising Madsen. How can anyone possibly not?!?! Waste of a player on the pitch, wouldn't even get in my local amateur team and I mean that seriously

Get over Madsen and take a look at the ****ing manager.

I’ve criticised the manager. It doesn’t change the fact Madsen has played like an absolute coward since he got here. You’ve always had a thing about Cifuentes even when he was turning **** into gold.

Cifuentes played Madsen out of position up until the last couple of games. Any self-respecting coach should have been able to see that he's not a holding midfielder. My 'thing' with Cifuentes was always about the mind-numbingly dull football that he encourages and the bewildering worship that he got from other supporters for this. Whilst he was getting relatively satisfactory results, it was just a mild personal beef. Now he's taking us down and people need to wake up to that fact. Everyone is worthy of blame and criticism except the manager it seems.

If you feel like answering, please try to do so without mentioning Madsen.

He's not an attacking midfielder either, I'm not even sure he's a footballer. He played in the so called no.10 role on Tuesday didn't he?

Yes he did, and was far from being our worst player. What do you make of the manager?

Stubborn, inflexible, reactive, to use a few words.
Madsen along with many have been piss poor, to the point of being embarrassingly pathetic. I blame the people who sign these players, probably without ever seeing them play. Madsen isn't at championship level, that's clear to see.
