Good half but we need to turn our play into shots on goal and get past Dieng. All to play for.

Simon Thomas is certainly no Jeff Stelling, is he? Has all the personality and humour of damp cardboard.

Not that Frey has done anything wrong, but the lack of pace is making life easy for them.

If we get one we can get a few more.

They are there for the taking, lets get a few more shots in!

Armstrong running at these goons for 30-odd minutes would be interesting.

Strange game so far. After about 10 minutes, it was like the team just forgot the game plan. Or Middlesbrough cancelled out our tactics entirely.

We also started switching off at times, with players not moving much when we're in possession.

I'm wondering if this game suits Armstrong more. Slot the ball through and let him run.

I also noticed that most of our play is going down the right flank. But when it does end up on the left, Chair and Paal seem isolated, almost as if they've got no plan for that side.

Overall, I feel like we're not moving enough and showing for each other.

Definitely a game more suitable for Armstrong than our last two.

We look very decent without having quite enough threat where it counts. They are also a little dangerous on the counter.

Armstrong and Smyth could do some damage here imo. Especially if they come on at the same time.

Lot of good play but not enough in their penalty area. Just the 2 shots on target from Willock and Chair, for whom nothing has worked 1st half and a terrible back pass could have given them a goal.

They've started much better than us after the break. Probably need early subs.

    He's terrible.
Often calls the home side the away side etc etc. Falls over his words and gets scores muddled up.

Tractor Boys must be pissed, Cardiff goals at 90+5 and 90+10! Type of thing we would do. Would have been nice to keep them closer to us.

Unusual to see Chair off this early. Dykes on over Armstrong.

It can’t be easy holding such a long live show together, but I’d imagine the only way you’d achieve this is by self-deprecation and a sense of humour.

We don't need to worry about what happens with teams as high in the table as Cardiff.
