Good result so well done to MB and the team. They made it difficult for themselves letting Boro back in to it and we could have gone home despondent if it weren't for the offside goal being disallowed.

Cracking atmosphere so well done to all of the supporters.

Useful and constructive comment. Hoos was what we needed for the position we were in - someone who was streetwise to the football business. To put him down is not to see how he did what our owners were incapable of doing when they bought into the club and landed us with a huge debt and fine (for which they have largely accepted ownership of).

Great result for the team today. Most of all pleased for MB to get a win under his belt (even with a squeaky bum second half). Fantastic for Willock to come back in style. Pleased for Dunne to get in and grab a goal. Good that Dykes got a goal - more of the same please. Sounds like a splash of good performances through the team too. That was a lightweight bench though!

Hopefully lots more good things to come.

Ffs you couldn't make our injury luck up, so him and Roberts both out without starting a proper game ! Ah dear, we were gonna need him aswell. Hoping for a speedy recovery but we do need numbers aswell as a bit of quality.

A good game but considerable room for improvement.

The first 30 mins provided as much entertainment (almost) as the whole of the second half of last season!

Willock showed his class and quality and, pleasingly, there was no QPR player that had a bad game. There's a good case for Seny for MOTM due to his cat like reflex save that would have given Boro a massive lift.

We seem to miss that killer instinct that goes for the jugular when 3 nil up. We seem to ease off instead of going for the kill. I'd like to see that change.

I'm no football manager but it was predictable that Boro would come put guns blazing having scored just before HT. We did not seem prepared for that unless the plan was to absorb the pressure and hope - a risky strategy for QPR!

I have to be honest and state this was better than I expected. If we can continue in this vein and manage the injuries, that will do for most QPR fans.

So we seem to need to score three in the first 30 and then start praying

A very entertaining match to watch on QPR+ and obviously much better live.

It was a Classic game of two halves. We were brilliant in the first, although I was disappointed that we conceded before the break.

Boro came at us in the second half and we sat too deep. One could see them scoring goals and I thought we were lucky not to be 3-3.

But we got our act together towards the end and held out for a very welcome win.

Much improvement from the Blackburn game and I hope that we continue to grow in confidence.

Only saw bits of the game due to a dodgy signal. Great to see us go 3-0 up. Not so great to see them nearly claw it back but it was positive to see how we handled such a situation.

Just a bit of olds fashion Aussie slang, Uber to acknowledge our first win of the season.
As they say in the classics, how much can a koala bear?
Or, maybe…… l might just go home to Mount Isa!
Have a Captain Cook at that, will ya!
By crikey, by golly, by jingo!

    As you were…

that was a tough 2nd half to watch, didn't do my blood pressure any good. The goal from Willock was
worth the journey alone, cracking player:smiley-finger007:

The 1st half was a joy to watch. Pure pleasure.

The 2nd was very stressful. Not good for the blood pleasure!

Quite liked the look of Paal yesterday, although he looks like he'd be suited better to 3-5-2.

    Reminiscent of Clive Wilson.

Agree about Kakay, think he's done well in both of these first 2 games. He had a difficult afternoon against the speed of Giles but ended up giving him as good as he got.
