I think JS got it perfectly right. 4-5-1, clog up the midfield and keep the score down. Could have been a lot worse!
Mad Mbengue was good, Varane and Dunne ok and the rest were pony.

Except that Boro passed through us and fought harder for the 2nd ball

Kone up front on his own really is pointless

I had forgotten we had had a match today and just stumbled into the result, so very disappointing.
Lucky you. Its a game I'd like to forget aswell.

Can someone please ask Clive to just lay his pen down for a week. I don't want to read anymore about it.

I regret to write that I set a new record today. Left on 80 mins before their penalty. I've never left that early before but it was just too horrible to watch. Men against boys.

Think it's now the last 7 or 8 games that I've watched that I haven't seen us score a goal.... didn't see either the Coventry or Hull games....
Can't see where our next goal or point is coming from....

My decision not to go absolutely vindicated. Totally, and depressingly, outclassed.
Same here. I didn't go to the Sheff Utd game either. I don't think I can stomach any more this season. Completely bereft of ideas, intensity or gameplan. They can't even get the basics right.

I thought we started off ok today. There seemed to be some belief and intensity, but this all disappeared with their first goal. The manager isn't up to it imo.

On the bright side (if there can be one), it looks like we held them to one goal until fairly late in the 2nd half. Not that it would likely help, but I would prefer to see Ben Hamer in goal to Walsh.
