With the Loft on their backs the Leeds defense will crumble, and we'll be talking about the night we ruined their promotion bid. COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!! From the official; Can Rangers stop Leeds marching on? QPR will have to find a way to put their current form behind them when facing high-flying Leeds at Loftus Road this evening. Rangers have felt the unforgiving side of the Sky Bet Championship over the past month, and are still waiting for their first league victory of 2019. But perhaps Steve McClaren’s side can spring an upset this evening as they did when the two sides met in the FA Cup last month with Rangers deservedly going through as 2-1 winners. There’s also the encouragement to take from the last three home performances against West Brom, Watford and Birmingham. Our visitors Leeds are unlikely to be in a generous mood and the R’s will have to at their best to get something from this game. When Leeds were relegated from the Premier League back in 2004, it would have been almost unthinkable to imagine that 15 years later they’d still be waiting to return. Having endured both on and off the field problems, the Yorkshire outfit finally looks the complete part this season and will know that a victory this evening will take them back to the top of the table. With 13 points separating Leeds and 7th place Bristol City, the Whites will almost certainly secure a top-six position but their fans will not want to be put through the roller-coaster emotions of the playoffs. Automatic promotion is in their own hands and a win tonight will bring them a step closer to that goal. The appointment of Marco Bielsa last summer was certainly a statement of intent by Leeds and the much-travelled Argentinian manager has so far delivered. His attractive style of play, high-pressing tactics and attention to detail when analysing the opposition has put Leeds in an excellent position with 13 games of the season to play
Eradicate that word and that mentality SB. I am Dave 'positivity' Rangers from now on. Anything is possible. I have heard, from my imagination that both of their central defenders regularly get cramp early in the first half during evening games, particularly after a long journey from Leeds.
I'm hoping that they have been spying on Rangers.....and we have led them into a false sense of security and we win 4-0
The Leeds win I remember best was our win at a crammed Loftus Road final game of the 75/76 when Stan ran through their half and potted one into the goal in front of us. The Loft exploded. Took us top of the League with Liverpool needing to win their final game to stop us being confirmed Champions...... The Leeds loss I remember best was the final game of the Ale, Adel and Colin season when we were made Champions about 50 minutes before the game kicked off, causing mass orgasms in the pubs in the Bush.
Got to assume another defeat but praying for a surprise. I used to like it when games came thick and fast but this run is ridiculous.
Really a very nice dress. Thanks for posting. A good modern design that is both elegant and youthful. Excellent harmony of the wide blue and white hoops and the skirt flowing shape. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the dress. p.s It it depressing that the dress really does seem more interesting than our current team and their performance.
Reality probably says we have Buckleys chance of winning so hopefully, we can do a 'Costazana' and do the opposite. Surely we can snag something sooner rather than later.
