If we'd played anywhere near that level v Barnsley or Charlton we'd have had some points on the board I'm sure - thought we deserved at least a draw tonight, but there's some players out there who need to take a good look at themselves and wonder if they are in the right career (yes, Amos, I'm looking at you)

I thought we were a bit unlucky today, probably deserved a point. Better today than the last 2 games, the 3 5 2 worked for us. Kakay did about everything right, and Manning and Kane were a lot better as wing backs.

A much better performance and we deserved a point. But our defence was pretty woeful before Hall left and now it's certain we are never going to win a game with just one goal. Both the Fulham goals were defensive calamities as we have got all too used to. And don't get me started on Amos: although his performance was at least twice as good as his effort against Barnsley it would need to be three times better still to be considered decent - so slow in both thought and action that he couldn't even foul properly. At least Bright decided to risk his upcoming transfer by looking something like his old self tonight but then got kicked out of the game for his trouble. Final thought: I don't think Kakay actually knows how to head the ball properly so probably not the best choice for stand-in centre back.

We just give away too many soft goals, defence or lack of it costing far too many points. Many of the strugglers picking up points, a win needed just to ease the nerves...

Agreed.
We had plenty of time during the lay off to have a slump but no, regardless of where we are on the table, we can always count on an end of season slump to unsettle the nerves.
Typical. Whats the bet that our old mate, Warnock's Middlesborough will surpass us by seasons end.

Well they're up next. I had been going to that as a guest of a lifelong Boro fan in a corporate box. I wish the season had ended in March.

Nothing to complain about yesterday´s perfomance and we should have scored 2 more goals the least. Playing without attendance is just a different story so that may be one reason for the bad results we have had after the restart. Not very disappointed after that game which we lost against a decent Fulham side.

Three games, three losses, nil point. Two home games in the mix. Based on the teams we all know we should have had 7 points in the bag.
Poor return by the team. Especially disappointed with the loan players, but many have not shown the necessary desire. The coaching team have created a difficult task to end the season positively for the fans and the club.
Come on lads .. buck up, this is not good enough and you all know it. You have the ability to put together a good run against any teams in this league - show you have the wherewithal to put in respectful performances week in, week out and walk in your front door with some pride.

True. We missed some good chances.

For me, it is just a pity that we did not get a draw, as I thought that we deserved it. But that is football - you need to take your chances

Don’t think it’s a coincidence that Fulham took control of the game straight after making a couple of subs while Warburton sat there gormlessly watching.

80 minutes until he did anything. 88 minutes to bring on Chair. That’s ineptitude IMO.

There is a real danger that the poor performances and lethargy on the pitch translate into disinterest amongst less committed fans going into the 20/21 season, leading to lower attendances and a bit for the club's revenue

Get stuck in a negative cycle and it is very difficult to break out of it

A few wins in the last 6 games could make all the difference
