Today we were just completely under equipped game plan wise, player wise, subs wise, motivation wise. Derby deserved the points.

Both Kane and Albert, but is Albert fit enough to do even 45 as WB?

    Bollox.......

Huffed and puffed, keeper made 2 excellent saves, Seny had nowt else to do and goal looked offside.......

Thought we played well after first 30 minutes but they just parked the bus.......we still wouldn't score if we played until tomorrow

We didn't play that bad and derby defended well...our successful cross ratio must be terrible and it just seems to be wrong decision after wrong decision on the pitch...very frustrating

Not sure they did. Clearly they defended well. Bielik was the difference in midfield where we’re painfully short but it’s not bad luck when you rely on injury-prone players to not get injured.

Warburton hasn't just become a good coach just because we've won a couple.

Another 100 % obvious pen ignored by the officials. Terrible game, terrible ref and terrible result.

We should have had a pen for that handball by Kasim.

We need to get In replacements for Carroll and at LWB for BOS if he is done, quick.

Even better view here of how we might have scored without the handball.

I stood up for Kane a bit last game because some battling for possession led to our winning goal. So very poor today. Can't think of one thing to commend him for sadly.

However, Derby have a mean concession rate and it's not hard to see why. Their defensive drill had military precision about it.

Lovely cross from Adomah but the wrong Charlie was in the box to meet it.

There are some games where you feel another hour or two and we still would not score and this was one of them.

I felt we were second best in most areas and on that display it's puzzling to see Derby's lowly position. I suspect they won't be there for long.

    Onwards.

    Clear penalty.
We never get anything from refs.
    I don't understand why.

At least it stops us all from getting carried away.

Backlash starts here. Only 1 in 3 for Austin? Send the old donkey to the knackers yard.

That's why beating them today would have been very handy.
I know most on here hate Rooney, even though he was a fantastic player, but he has played under some very good coaches and who's to say that he hasn't picked up a thing or two.
I suspect that they will climb out of trouble by winning these kind of games.
I also suspect that we will remain looking over our shoulders for the entire season.
