A decent effort all considered. I love Lloyds positivity. Makes a much better centre forward than Celar. Madsen was quiet and has been since joining really. I know things take time but Celar might do best playing in a reserves game just to see if he can bag.
Eze head and shoulders above everyone on both teams tonight, have to hand it to him...we played well enough, celar still not at it but will come good, I guarantee it
Eze made Anderson look an old man when picking up the ball for the winner..... if he's held his ground instead of trying to win the ball then likely they don't score..... fine margins...
Much better performance than Saturday. Lots of positives - took them a massive deflection to beat us.
Played with some bollocks second half. No shame in losing to that goal and from there you never really fancied us though from where I was I thought Lloyd’s shot was going in. The rare occasions we put Henderson under any sort of pressure he looked dodgy but the rest of them were a cut above. One of those non-contact refs who daren’t cause a fuss when given the privilege of being on the same pitch as players he’s heard of.
