Not good news, it means Onuoha and Nelsen/Ferdinand and Granero and Faurlin in the middle, I would also assume it means we must be playing a 442.
#%#%&&/¤!@?*^¨@@#!!!!!!! Ok, must mean we'll play something like this: Cesar/Green Bosingwa - Ferdinand/Onouha - Nelsen - Fabio Park - Granero - Faurlin Mackie - Taarabt Zamora Pretty much a 4-5-1 with Park giving special attention to Hazard.
That is hilarious mate. Nooooooooooo! Faack indeed. Not a bad team. Feels like we have something missing though. Can't quite put my finger on what it is.
The only way i can see us not getting butchered now it to play the same defensive line up as we did against city, in the hope that they've gelled a bit more in the 2 weeks since that game. Possibly bring in Onouha for Ferdinand since everyone thinks he had a shocker? Cesar Bosingwa - Ferdinand/Onouha - Nelsen - Fabio Park - Granero - Faurlin-swp Johnson Zamora Or this would be even more defensive.. Cesar Bosingwa - Ferdinand/Onouha - Nelsen - Fabio Derry Park - Granero - Faurlin-swp Zamora Either way, i'm now just hoping for an improved performance/respectable scoreline this match. Any points are a bonus
Speed?? Need Onouha and definetely not Ferdinand. Cisse?? need more goal scoring threats - I'd have him in for Mackie who seems better coming off the Bench.
M'bia not definetely out says McIntyre, but maybe someone heard something else later? "" QPRMbia a doubt for QPR’s derby clash 14/09/2012 by David McIntyre New signing Stephane Mbia may not make his QPR debut in Saturday’s derby against Chelsea after picking up an injury while on international duty with Cameroon. Mbia was assessed on Friday morning and is a doubt for the game at Loftus Road, but Anton Ferdinand has been passed fit after a shoulder problem. Samba Diakite, who recently returned to France for personal reasons, is still unavailable. Goalkeeper Julio Cesar is available however, having received international clearance and been issued with a visa following the Brazilian’s move from Inter Milan. ""
4-4-2 would be suicide in my opinion. Make the pitch as small as possible, close down the space, get in their faces and rile them. 90% of attacks will come from building from the back, normally through defensive midfielders. Whoever is up front needs to close down that space to allow our midfield to be disciplined and not get dragged out of position as was the case in the away game last season.
Traore for Fabio I think First it was new players not gelling, now they're injured before they start...going to be a long season
We're playing the league's in-form side, so in all likelyhood won't be picking up any points regardless of what team we field. Maybe it's best to just give it a good go rather than being defensive? : ---------------Cesar Bosingwa - Ferdinand- Nelsen - Fabio ---------------Derry Taraabt - Granero - Faurlin - Hoillet ---------------Zamora Hoillet + Taraabt will have to play together one day.. Hopfully they've been taught how to defend in the last two weeks. I think Junior will have a good game if he starts, his interviews have referenced how he believes he's still taking time to settle. Sounds like he's got a point to prove
I agree Grifter. I think we should give it a real good go - we are at home with hopefully a packed and extremely threatening crowd behind us FFS. We can't park the Bus tomorrow - especially when the Bus has got a f*kkin great hole in the middle of it! I like your team but I'd have Onouha for his speed, before Ferdinand, and Cisse for Hoillet for his goal scoring threat. Mackie and Hoillet as super subs if we need them.
---------------Cesar Bosingwa - Onouha-Ferdinand- Nelsen - Fabio ---------------Derry Taraabt - Granero - Faurlin - Cisse ---------------Zamora I'd be happy if we started with that lineup Flyer! Bit worried about cisse on the wing though, he played there for Lazio and scored 1 in 18 Some people are suggesting that the fact the prematch handshake is happening suggests Ferdinand probably won't be starting anyway.
