Manning is great going forward. When I watched him up close in the pre-season friendly at Oxford Utd he couldn't defend for toffee. The keeper and other players were constantly at him because his positioning was so poor. Hopefully he'll improve that side of his game.
It was too big, one of them big drums it needs one or two to carry. But they could have shoved him through it sideways.
Eustace did that last season. Good passer of the ball but he has no pace, which when he's playing beside CB's short on pace as well, leaves us liable to get caught round the back left side as we were for the pen given, and one not given against Huddersfield.
