There's no point being awarded a corner with this ref it'll just lead to a free kick to the opposition
We started quite brightly I thought. The referee seems hell bent on slowing the game down and giving as many free-kicks as possible which may help if we tire with 9 1/2 men out there.
I didn't think that was such a bad half. Not a good half but better than many this season.
20 fouls in the half according to beeb....apart from Perch there's not been a poor challenge as far as i can recall......ref too whistle happy.
There was one tackle from behind from them which I thought would have been a booking if Luongo had feigned some pain. This ref will buy anything.
Since when has Championship football been a non-contact sport. The only thing he has got right so far was to send off Perch. Saying that he booked Perch for dissent and has turned a blind eye (or deaf ear) to all of their verbal protests. We will still win this because Wolves is even worse than us.
Idiotic Perch and a ref that could outwhistle Rodger Whittaker ensuring that televised football on a Thursday looks even more pointless and unpopular than it already is.
The ref is a pedantic prick but he got the sending off spot on. First yellow 100% correct under the new dissent rules. Second yellow Perch left him without much choice. Perch is a dumb ****er!
Perch first booking for disent was stupid but there was no contact on keeper in first place to warrant the award of a free kick, he must have imagined he saw something......ref has dug himself a hole and he is just continuing to dig....

Cold night, dull game. Surrounded by dear family and friends. Warms the cockles of my heart. Have a feeling we might get something here.
