That Christmas tree formation is a thing of beauty.

Would you rather have a foot made of silver or a little finger that could become red hot at will?

I would go with an attacking line up for this one:

    ------------------------Forster-------------------
    ---Clyne----Fonte-------Yoshida---------Targett---
    ----------Schneiderlin----Wanyama------------------
    --Elia-----------------Mane------------Tadic----------
    ------------------------Pelle----------------------------

Subs: K. Davis, Gardos, McCarthy, S. Davis, JWP, Djuricic, Reed

Concerned about QPR's small pitch, might be hard to score. Austin always scores against us too!

Noted... in all seriousness, off to bed - I'll feed back from Staplewood, if I can, tomorrow night.

    I'd play this personally
    -------------Forster
    Clyne Fonte Alderweireld Targett
    Davis Wanyama Schneiderlin Tadic
    ----------------Mane
    ----------------Pelle

I think we'd all play Toby, but is he available?

No, I reckon there are still other desperate, unsuspecting shmucks out there who will see him as their saviour. It seems that only those who have experienced him first-hand know the whole truth.

Jim White on Sky was falling over himself making sure the nation got the message that his departure was about knees and not transfers (or the fact that QPR will be relegated and now it won't be his fault!).

Jim White gets access because he isn't over critical....remember he got interviews with Nicola (another man who liked a bit of fawning).

Schneiderlin, Wanyama and Alderweireld all have 7th Feb for return dates on physioroom. But Premierleague.com thinks Alderweireld's out until the 14th, so looks like he'll probably be out.

If there is any doubt I would rather keep Toby for West Ham game which will be far more of a challenge than QPR

West ham have injury woes and have a hrd game against Man U before they meet us. Lets concentrate on coming away from QPR with 3 points. COYR!

All we can do is concentrate on ourselves and see where the dice land at the end of the season.

Koeman says Toby not fit for QPR or West Ham, will be fit for Liverpool.

Morgan and Wanyama both available against QPR.

Filip Djuricic has an option to buy but it's up to the player. Koeman sees him as a player with the club for the long term. He is not available this weekend.
