1-0 QPR for those on a plane. 50/50 game until QPR break. Player gets brought down on the edge of area. Free kick taken, partially blocked. Ball bounces up and hits Wells' hand not once but twice. Ball lands in front of him with an empty goal. Ref doesn't spot it and goal is given. VAR would have ruled it out twice. Leeds unlucky but the player should have been stopped 10 seconds before we conceded the free kick if our captain knew what he was doing.
He has improved loads since we got him but he will always make mistakes. Like the one vs Sheff Utd at home last season.

Anyone want to defend that Bamford effort? Turns the defender after long ball from Casilla, one on one with keeper 30 yards out. Keeper has already committed himself and is on the edge of his box. All Bamford has to do is lift the ball over him and in to the unguarded net. Instead he puts it high and wide, not just a bit but by a good distance. We desperately need a goalscorer. Probably 2 or 3.
Small squad lack of ideas and one ageing player with any skill. What would Fraser from dad's army make of it.
God this is a hard watch. We're playing poorly and will need a stroke of luck or a piece of brilliance to get back into this. And it's not helped by another poor ref. They are being allowed to kick Pablo all over the park. Will be amazing if he finishes the game with 2 legs.
