There will be a few changes in the summer but I can't see how we can find new players who are obviously higher quality than those we have got. The competition for the limited affordable talent out there is immense. So the squad will probably be about the same level as individuals as now, which is probably on a par with most in the division. This is where the manager/coach adds value, making the whole greater than the sum of its parts. I'm pretty sure that the difference between us and, say, Huddersfield, is their organisation, game plan and understanding of what their jobs are, rather than them just being better players.
