Perch for Sandro is the only change from Saturday. Still no striker or proper wide man. Hopeless.

QPR will aim to end a run of three straight defeats when they host Derby County at Loftus Road this evening.

Following Saturday’s defeat against Rotherham United the R’s are in desperate need of a victory to put daylight between themselves and the Sky Bet Championship relegation zone.

The R’s have won just six games all season - with three of those victories coming on home soil - and only one under the guidance of new manager Ian Holloway.

In contrast this evenings visitors Derby are on something of a hot streak having won their last six matches on the bounce under former Rangers coach Steve McClaren.

TEAM NEWS

QPR: Tonight’s game is likely to come too soon for Ariel Borysiuk, who featured for the Under 23s on Monday afternoon following a recent hamstring injury. Pawel Wszolek, who has been sidelined with a knee problem, returned to training this week while Idrissa Sylla is also training again following a hamstring injury. Jamie Mackie (ankle) also played in the Under 23s’ 2-1 win over Watford this week but isn’t expected to be involved tonight. Steven Caulker (hip) and Jack Robinson (hamstring) remain out. James Perch is available again following his one match suspension.

Derby: Ikechi Anya will be absent from Derby County's squad again on Wednesday night with a knee injury. Max Lowe (groin/hip) is still out while Nick Blackman continues to make good progress following knee surgery.

Ian Holloway: “Derby like to dominate possession so it is going to be tough. They are in a confident place at the moment and we’re not. This is when we need to be brave, believe in ourselves and keep doing what we have started to do – like we did in the first half at Rotherham.”

Steve McClaren: “They are quite capable, like any club in this division, of beating anyone. We don't expect anything except for the players to go out there and do their jobs. If we do that, then we've got a chance of winning. If we don't then we've got a chance of losing."

So what is it.....352 with perch and bidwell as the flying wing backs? or 433 with hall as the holding midfielder? or just roam about and fill the gaps as best you can?

Whatever it is.........C'mon U R's
